🔔 Updates Coming Soon!

Alexa Master is being updated with new features. Our goal is to continue building a trusted platform that connects advertisers with freelancers — not only through web traffic, but also through other digital marketing services.

Since 2013, we maintained a strong marketing community that was fully active while Alexa Rank existed. Today, old-school autosurf and traffic exchanges no longer work. Advertisers now need real human conversions, not automated pageviews.

In April 2024, we began rebuilding Alexa Master from scratch and removed 100% of automated traffic from our network. This improved quality but also slowed delivery, which understandably frustrated many advertisers. We refused large automated-traffic orders because we do not want to send worthless traffic or waste your hard-earned money.

This also impacted payouts, causing delays and confusion for freelancers. But we need a stable ecosystem for everyone. The new update aims to connect all Alexa Master users (since 2013) to one database so they can recover old points and Master IDs.

The UI will be simplified with one core feature: connecting advertisers with freelancers. Points can be exchanged for money in real time. Payments, payouts, and support may run on a separate system for better performance.

Ongoing campaigns will be migrated to the new portal. Payouts will be completed before the update goes live. Advertisers will be credited based on their past payments to help them continue smoothly.

Please stay with us while we finalize this update. We want to build something useful and sustainable for all of us.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

There are some important questions that our customers ask from time to time. We encourage you to read those all frequently asked questions before ordering our web traffic and its related services.

What is the difference between Events & Visitors?

An event can be a Page View, Scrolling, Session Start, New Visit, or any other that identifies engagement of a visitor (user). Multiple events can be generated by the same visitor, when you target quick web traffic. On the other hand, a visitor is a real person who accesses your website and generates multiple events.

What can cause my web traffic to go down?

Limited bandwidth, load balancing issues, time to first byte (TTFB), automatic redirects, apache/nginx downtimes, and other network issues can affect the deliverability of web traffic. We advise you to check all those major areas, in case you cannot see our events/visitors. We also advise you to check JavaScript errors and other technical problems that can arise with web traffic tracking codes such as Google Analytics 4(GA4), Google tag manager (GTM), etc.

Why does it take a long time to get visitors?

Visitors, we used to call as users who engage with the website cannot be found easily. It costs time and money both that is why Big Tech Ads can charge you from $5-20 for one single visitor. Our intention is to help advertisers reduce their cost and find effective customers through our services, though it takes more time.

Do you send us invisible traffic?

Sometimes, your visitors can use anonymous web browsers (Eg: Brave Browser) that block background traffic trackers, ads, automatic videos, and battery draining scripts. These visits can only be tracked using your server side analytics reports or cloudflare analytics.

Why does my traffic seem too slow?

If you have selected a low populated country such as Singapore, Dubai, Brunei or similar, it can take more days to deliver your website traffic. And also, if the country has a very less English speaking audience, it can affect the deliverability. You can contact us and ask adjusting your target country anytime to see different results.
