Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using AlexaMaster, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to follow all rules, policies, and obligations outlined in this document.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AlexaMaster, including its tools, services, credits, point-based exchange system, and all features within the platform’s reorganized ecosystem. By creating an account or using AlexaMaster in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or 18 years old where required by local law.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Users located in restricted, embargoed, or sanctioned regions may not use the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use AlexaMaster features, you must register with accurate, complete information.

  • No fake identities, impersonation, or automated accounts.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
  • We may suspend accounts linked to abuse or fraud.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Any use of bots, scripts, autosurf, or automation tools.
  • Artificial engagement or traffic generation.
  • Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or manipulating point earnings.
  • Selling, sharing, or trading accounts.
  • Posting illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

5. Points, Credits & Exchanges

5.1 Points

Points are virtual rewards earned through valid user actions. They do not hold external monetary value and may be burned when used for platform features.

5.2 Credits

Credits are used for purchasing advertising and smart deals. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable.

5.3 Points Exchange

Users may buy or sell points within the platform ecosystem. AlexaMaster is not responsible for pricing fluctuations or invalid trades caused by user misconduct.

5.4 Legacy Points

Old platform points may be migrated to the new ecosystem under specific rules. Legacy points do not represent real currency.

6. User Activities & Earned Actions

  • Earning points requires genuine, manual engagement.
  • Low-quality or suspicious actions may be reversed.
  • Abuse may lead to deduction of points or suspension.

7. Leads & Offers

  • Users must submit content that is legal, accurate, and non-harmful.
  • Any lead or offer containing misleading, abusive, or prohibited material may be removed without notice.
  • Refunds follow a credits-only policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • AlexaMaster reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the Leads/Offers system.

8. Smart Deals

  • By depositing credits into a Smart Deal, the buyer confirms acceptance of all seller terms listed in the offer or agreement.
  • By delivering at least 1% of the agreed service, the seller confirms acceptance of the buyer’s terms and expectations.
  • Both parties agree to pay the applicable service fees once the above conditions are met.
  • Any chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized reversal will result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.
  • Sellers must deliver work in measurable portions, and will be paid proportionally based on verified delivery.
  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing delivered work and releasing payments accordingly.
  • AlexaMaster is not liable for any loss, dispute, or outcome arising from actions taken by buyers or sellers.

9. Payments & Non-Refundable Credits

  • When you purchase credits, points, or any form of digital balance on the platform, the payment is considered final, non-reversible, and non-refundable once it has been successfully credited to your account.
  • By completing a payment, you agree that the credited amount cannot be returned as a monetary refund under any circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused credits, mistaken purchases, or changes in account status.
  • The only available method to recover monetary value from your balance is by requesting a withdrawal under the rules described in Section 10: Withdrawals. Withdrawals are not guaranteed and may require verification, compliance checks, or additional documents.
  • Any payment made through fraudulent, unauthorized, disputed, or chargeback-related methods will result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of balance.
  • Attempting to force a refund through banks, payment processors, or chargebacks is strictly prohibited. Such actions will lead to:
    • Immediate account termination
    • Permanent forfeiture of all balances
    • Reporting of fraud to payment gateways and relevant authorities
  • Because your balance may be used to purchase services, boost performance, or interact with other users, AlexaMaster cannot reverse or “undo” any consumption of credits that has already been spent.
  • Rates, credit values, and bonus structures may be updated at any time as part of ongoing platform adjustments. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest pricing rules.

10. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are available only for verified users who have completed KYC and submitted accurate, genuine identification documents. Any attempt to provide false or altered information will result in immediate rejection.
  • All withdrawals are subject to manual review. AlexaMaster may request additional documentation, payment confirmation, or proof of activity before releasing funds.
  • The standard processing window for withdrawals is the first week of each month. However, processing times may vary depending on system load, security checks, banking limitations, or third-party payment gateways.
  • By using the platform, you agree that AlexaMaster does not guarantee or promise any exact payout date or timeline. Delays do not constitute grounds for disputes, chargebacks, or claims of financial loss.
  • AlexaMaster reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity, fraud risk, chargebacks, or abusive behavior is detected in the account.
  • Withdrawals funded through fraudulent, disputed, reversed, or chargeback-related payments will be cancelled. Accounts involved in such activities may be permanently suspended.
  • Users are responsible for providing correct withdrawal details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or loss of funds, for which AlexaMaster is not liable.
  • Withdrawal policies may change or evolve depending on new payment gateways or risk management systems. Continued use of the platform confirms your agreement to updated withdrawal terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

  • AlexaMaster reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in suspicious or abusive activity, or poses a security or financial risk to the platform or its users.
  • Any credits, points, earnings, or balances obtained through fraudulent methods, abuse, manipulation, loopholes, or violations of platform rules will be removed without warning. Users may also lose access to related services, tools, or features.
  • Accounts involved in chargebacks, disputed payments, unauthorized transactions, or identity falsification may be immediately frozen pending investigation. AlexaMaster may request additional verification before restoring access.
  • Repeated violations of policies—including misuse of services, spam activity, fake engagement, multi-account abuse, or attempts to bypass restrictions—will result in permanent termination and forfeiture of all balances on the account.
  • AlexaMaster may refuse service, close accounts, or block access to any user at its sole discretion if the user’s behavior threatens platform integrity, user safety, or legal compliance.
  • If an account is terminated for violating these Terms, the user is not eligible for any refunds, remaining balances, or compensation. All rights to access the platform are revoked immediately upon termination.
  • Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time. However, closing an account does not entitle the user to refunds, reversals, or recovery of unused credits or points.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AlexaMaster is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for losses, downtime, trading mistakes, system errors, or indirect damages.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of AlexaMaster is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
